Reprint Policy
If you received a printed product that you’re dissatisfied with, please inform us via email and provide pictures of the product to hello@simplify-card. Specify the aspects you find missing, allowing us to offer guidance and implement necessary adjustments.
In cases where there is a production error or if you receive a product that differs from the approved proof, Simplify will issue a reprint at no extra charge to you.
However, it’s important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for customer errors, difficulties in visualizing the final product, or a lack of experience in regard to warnings provided with all artwork proofs:
Shipping Policy
Simplify takes full responsibility for your order from the moment it’s placed, throughout the production process, and all the way to packaging. However, once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility accomplishes.
As a result, any items that incur damage during shipping should be reported directly to the shipping carrier for resolution.
In case that your order is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, a reshipment fee will be necessary. The amount is determined by the shipping company.
To ensure smooth communication in case of delivery issues, please be sure to provide a contact phone number when placing your order.
Lost
If you happen to misplace your card or menu stand, simply send us an email, and we’ll be happy to reprint it for you at a cost of 30% of the original price.
TURNAROUND TIMES
For standard Simplify Models, you can expect delivery after your purchase has been confirmed:
In the case of custom Simplify Models, the shipping times are determined after the design process.
Should there be any delays in completing production within the specified timeframe, we will make accommodations by using a faster shipping method to help ensure you receive your order around the estimated delivery date.
It’s important to note that we don’t provide a guarantee for delivery dates; the date we provide is an estimate.
Customs Guidelines for International Orders
Customs regulations change from country to another. Simplify have not the authority to influence these charges.
Therefore, we do not assume the responsibility of explaining you regarding the exact fees that might be collected. It falls within your role as the customer and importer to discover your country’s conditions concerning all customs fees before you confirm your order.
